Silicones Global Solutions had the opportunity to roll implement its Queue Management System with the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) with the Makola branch being the first.
The Makola branch of ECG serves the central business area of the Greater Accra Region hence comes under intense pressure everyday due to the high number of people living and doing business in that area.
After a successful installation and configuration of a Queue Management System on the premises, there has been a significant reduction in queues over there.
The Silicones Queue Management System simply issues a ticket containing a unique number to any customer who walks in based on the person’s purpose there. When that unique number is called by the system, customer proceeds to respective counter or service point to be attended to.
